Shipping
Our products are shipped from our fulfillment location just outside of Los Angeles.
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We're happy to offer all orders placed within the United States free Standard Ground shipping.
Our shipping zones include North America and Europe.
Returns
We can’t guarantee returns, but if you would like to apply to your item for a refund, please just email us stating your name, order number and the reason you would like to make a return and we’ll thoughtfully review your case. Any and all returns must be made within a 30 day period starting from when the order was received and the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn/unused and in the original packaging. We will not cover the delivery cost of returning unwanted goods.
Exchanges
Feeling a little uneasy? It happens. If you’d like an exchange, just email us with your name, order number, the reason for exchange and the item you’d like it exchanged for. Exchanges must be made within a 30 day period starting from when the order was received and the item must be in the same condition you received it. Please note that all exchanges are subject to assessment and depend on our current stock level. We will not cover the delivery cost of returning unwanted goods.
Damaged goods
Oh no! If you’ve received a damaged item, just email us with your name, order number and detailed condition of the item. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to find the right solution together.
